The Christian Science Reading Room in La Mesa joined neighboring businesses in welcoming Halloween trick-or-treaters. Lots of love and joy shared with children and their families. Many opted to take Scriptural scrolls along with traditional treats.
The Reading Room has a good selection of children’s books to read or purchase. There are lots of illustrated Bible stories and articles and books written by and for children that show children how they can turn to God every day. You will find CD’s for children as well. This lively Reading Room is a fun place for kids and a place for where parents can enjoy some quiet moments to read and pray.
The Reading Room is located at 8370 La Mesa BLvd. in La Mesa. People of all faiths are welcome to visit, study, and pray at the Reading Room. It’s a comfortable and quiet study environment with a wide variety of Bible reference book and the writings of Mary Baker Eddy to deepen your understanding of the Bible and Christian healing.
