Plan to visit our Christian Science Reading Room Temecula the first Wednesday of each month and then stay for our monthly Testimony Meeting which begins at 12 noon. Or stop by any Sunday after church. We look forward to your visit!
Our Reading Room is a bookstore and so much more!
We welcome people of all faiths and backgrounds to come in and explore spirituality, prayer, and healing. You’ll find an uplifting and welcoming atmosphere with a helpful librarian who can guide you in finding just what you need.
Visitors may study or purchase a variety of resources. We offer the Holy Bible in several formats, and a variety of Bible translations and reference books. Most publications are also available on our Reading Room/Bookstore computer for browsing, research and study.
Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures is the Bible study resource in greatest demand at our Reading Room. Written as a result of her search of the Bible for answers to how Jesus was able to heal the sick, reform the sinner, and raise the dead, Mary Baker Eddy published the first edition of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures in 1875 to provide spiritual wisdom and practical guidance in following and applying Jesus’ teachings. The book also contains 100 pages of letters from readers freed from illness and sin through studying the Bible and Science and Health.
Other Christian Science publications available in our Reading Room/Bookstore include periodicals with uplifting articles and documented testimonies of healing, the Christian Science Monitor newsmagazine, children’s Bible stories, and much more.
The weekly Bible Lesson is the focus of our Sunday Church Services.
