A Workshop on Identity & Purpose
In this 20-minute talk, I will share ideas on how a grounded sense of identity and purpose helps us overcome anxiety, feel purpose and worth, experience peace and genuine joy, and help our friends more effectively. I’ll share the basics that I’ve learned through my spiritual practice over the years and then spend the last 40 minutes listening to you and responding to your concerns. This talk is for you.
