20s/30s Backpacking Adventure with Camp Bow-Isle

Camp Bow-Isle invites you to go backpacking with other Christian Scientists in beautiful British Columbia. Our camp is an hour drive from the Vancouver airport and a 20-minute ferry ride to Bowen Island where we are located. We can help you with transportation! We created this program for young adults to unplug from busy schedules, connect with the outdoors, and be with like-minded thinkers.

This program is for those looking for an epic adventure in British Columbia. Christian Scientists in their 20s/30s and their friends are warmly invited to attend an extraordinary week unplugged  and connected with the outdoors. During this week of adventure, you can expect a 3-day backpacking trip, delicious food, great company, morning lesson study, and beautiful views with opportunities to slow down and relax.
No previous backpacking experience is needed to attend. And if you need backpacking gear, we have some you can borrow! After our initial backpacking adventure, you’re invited to stay for the YaHwEH weekend. This program is also for young adults and is run by Camp Bow-Isle alumni.
