3 tips on how to pray
Many ask what they can do to pray for healing of fear, contagion, virus, disease, and other physical problems. The following tips based on a spiritual perspective, and quotes from the Bible and Mary Baker Eddy, the Discover and Founder of Christian Science, may help in praying for sick friends, family and your community.
1. Have no fear
Do not let fear overtake your peace and calm because of seeming uncertainty. Remember, with God all things are possible, and you are not alone because He is with you. Your faith can get you through any crisis.

2. Be positive & spiritually minded
Fill your mind with positive healing thoughts, consistently. This helps block out negative thoughts running through one’s head. Remember, you have control over your own thoughts.
We are praying to know that we are all made in God’s image, and reflect Him as stated in Genesis 1. Pick up the Bible and read that section. You are invited to any Christian Science Reading Room. Remember, our life and being are in God. This is our foundation for being.
